Your company's HSE team adds people, gives them roles and sites, and sends invites. For a new account, a change of role or site, or a new invite link, ask them first.

Forgot your password?

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page. A link to set a new password arrives by email and lasts 24 hours.

Something not working?

Email app@dticonsultancy.com. To help us answer quickly, tell us:

• your company and site;
• what you were doing, and what you saw;
• the permit number, if there is one, and the time;
• your phone or computer, and your browser.

Never send your password: we will never ask for it. We aim to reply within two working days.

Safety first

If a permit, an alarm or a person needs action now, follow your site's emergency procedure and call your control room. Do not wait for an email reply.
